Weddings are among the most popular events scheduled at the Ohio Village. Unique, and a century away from the fast pace of the 20th century, the Ohio Village offers an historic 1860s setting to begin this new stage of your life. The Ohio Historical Society has developed a choice of wedding packages in order to make your wedding day special and reflect your own style.

Town Hall packages
An intimate setting for small weddings, the Town Hall is decorated with wooden, Hitchcock-style chairs and kerosene lamps.

• 1 hr. rehearsal
• 2 hr. wedding
• Parking fee for up to 100 guests in the main lot
• 1 yr. Ohio Historical Society membership

A 19th - Century Wedding

• 1 hr. rehearsal
• 2 hr. wedding
• 4 hr. reception at the American House Hotel**

Ohio Village Church packages
This elegant, gothic revival church is the epitome of nineteenth-century architecture. The cathedral ceilings, stained-glass windows, pew seating and a mixture of gas and electric lighting come together to make every event special.

A Victorian Wedding to Remember

Availability

Weddings and receptions in the Ohio Village and Ohio Historical Center may be scheduled Monday through Sunday, 5 p.m.- midnight, except during the Ohio State Fair in the month of August, holidays, and based upon availability.

Ohio Historical Center, Plaza Terrace:

• 300 sit down
• 400 stand up

Ohio Historical Center, Red Carpet Area:

• 100 sit down
• 300 stand up

Ohio Historical Center, Bird Sanctuary:

• 150 sit down

Weddings

Ohio Village, Town hall:

• 80 sit down

• 225 sit down
