Building Doctor Clinic Registration

Our Building Doctor Clinics are free, but you must register in advance.

You may register online to attend any clinic. Please complete a new form for each registrant. Be sure you indicate the clinic you want to attend. Your registration must be received no later than one week before the clinic. Registrations for the seminar will not be confirmed in advance, so please mark your calendar as a reminder of your clinic date and location. To register by phone, call toll free 1-800-499-2470.

I would like to attend the following Building Doctor Clinic:

From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday of each clinic, our Building Doctors visit ailing buildings within five miles of the host seminar facility to examine problems and prescribe cures. The consultations are free, but the number is limited, so we try to choose patients based upon need. If your building is 50 years old or older and you’d like to be considered for a visit from the Building Doctor, complete the information below. If your building is chosen, you will be contacted during the week before the clinic to set up an appointment. You must attend the free seminar which begins at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday to remain eligible for a visit on Friday.
